Pricing is in CAD, USD and other international currencies as indicated during checkout.

Cancellation and refund

The refund policy is simple and transparent. An order is processed once the required application details, payment, and consent form are received. If a cancellation request is made before processing begins, a refund may be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment method used. However, once the request has been processed, refunds cannot be granted.

A refund administration fee may be assessed or deducted from eligible refunds.

Refunds cannot be issued for processing delays caused by circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, civil disturbances, government regulations or restrictions, and other force majeure events.
